St. Luke "Community" UMC Program Planning Event Request Form

This Form has three parts:
1. Event Information
2. Event Fees and Items
3. Room Request


Please enter all applicable information for your event then click submit.
Shortly thereafter, you will receive and email with the attached Program Planning Sheet document.
Print the document and collect the appropriate signatures, then contact the St. Luke Administrative office at 214.821.2970 to file the document.



Note: All NON-CHURCH WIDE EVENTS MUST END BY 9:00 P.M.
Regular hours for meetings are: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
No meetings are scheduled during specified church wide events, eg: all revivals, Holy Week, ZWH African Heritage Lecture Series, Leadership Institute, church observed days, holidays and holiday weekends, annual church cleaning, MLK parade, Soko and conferences.
Childcare is available Sundays from 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for children ages 3 monts to 3 years old.
Childcare is available Monday,Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Childcare is for all ages during the week.
