St. Luke “mission team” has been "Renewing Faith while Restoring Lives" for several years.  We go out and work in the community on a Local, National and International vision in concert with the United Methodist Volunteers in Mission (UMVIM).

Local missions include: painting homes, working with Habitat for Humanity to construct homes in the Dallas metroplex, clean up the neighborhood projects in the Owenwood community, assist neighbors with yards care, minor repairs and removal of debris.   Additionally, we have partnered with Labors4neighbors to replace roofs on homes in Galveston and Orange, TX.
