Ministry of Nominations and Development
Revive - Restore - Regroup - Replenish - Redeem -Return- Rebuild -Recommit
TEAM PURPOSE We are composed of professing members of SLCUMC who usually serve a 3 year term and are elected to serve by the Church(or Charge) Conference or Church Council. The charge of this ministry is to discover, invite, nominate, support, and develop people for leadership positions within the congregation. In addition the ministry shall match gifted leadership with positions where that gift is exercised to promote the church in mission to the community. Members of the ministry shall engage in and be attentive of the mission of St. Luke. This ministry shall work with the Church Council, to determine the diverse ministry tasks of the congregation and the skills needed for leadership.
